Desire unlocks the door to a new world, but she never expected to find him on the other side.

Julian Anders has a way of making women drop to their knees. He's fierce, domineering, and knows what he wants in the bedroom. He craves total submission. His busy life doesn't allow him the luxury of traditional dating. He doesn't want it and doesn't need it. He makes no apologies until Kayla Quinn, his best friend's younger sister, shows up at the exclusive club where he finds his companions.

Kayla has been unsuccessful in love and is tired of waiting for the one. When a friend introduces her to an upscale club that caters in matchmaking without the commitment, she decides to try it. She requests a mature, dominant man, but she never bargained for what happens next.

Julian is enraged to find Kayla interested in men like him. Men who have no desire to commit. She's not the club's typical client. He's known her for years but stayed away despite his strong attraction to her. He decides the only way to save her from a potential disaster is to pursue her himself. Can she handle his darker side? The one she never knew existed? Perhaps he's finally met his match…both in and out of the bedroom.

"You feel something between us. I can't believe that of all the clubs I could have gone to, I found the one you own. That has to mean something," Kayla said.

"Coincidence." Julian's dismissive tone discouraged her, but she wasn't going to give up.

"Romantic."

"Definitely not that." He shook his head as he pressed his lips in a hard line. "Not from me."

He was too much of a guy to admit he could do romance. Connie had told her women didn't seek him out for a nice time. No, they wanted a wickedness they could remember for a lifetime. Kayla craved to know the things Julian desired. She wanted to be the woman he took them from with no apologies and no exceptions.

"It's getting late," he said. "I should get you home."

"I can be her," she blurted out, because she wasn't going to let this opportunity slip through her fingers. She didn't believe in coincidence. She had to seize the moment.

"Who?"

"Whoever you seek out on your application. Let me try to be her for you."

"If I hadn't overindulged you in champagne, would you be this courageous with me?" He tilted her chin, holding her still as she pondered his question. "Be truthful, and not just for me. You owe it to yourself to be honest."

"I drank too much, but what I'm saying is true."

"You don't know what you're saying." He kissed the tip of her fingers before releasing her from his hold. "Even if you believe it to be true. That's a big problem for me."

"Why won't you give me a chance?"

"Because you're not the woman for me."

Ouch! Not even the alcohol could numb that sting.

"How do you know?" According to Connie, he gave complete strangers his undivided attention when he was matched in the past. What was wrong with her?

"I've been doing this for a long time." He sighed. "It's not you, it's me."

"Seriously? You're going to go with that line?"

"I'm sorry if I misled you. I shouldn't have allowed you to think I was going to take this any further."

"I don't understand."

"You're young, vibrant, witty, charming, and funny." He took her hands in his. "You don't need to be here. You don't need men like me. Whatever happened in college with those guys, it's in the past. You'll find what you're looking for. Give it some time."

"That's not for you to decide."

"It is tonight." He released her and took his cell from his pocket. "I'll have Francis, my driver, bring the car around. He'll take you home."

"You can't dismiss me. I won't let you."

"I just did." He placed a soft kiss on her forehead, and damn her, she still wanted more from him. "I want you to go home now. I'll see to it you get there safely."

"Save your call, Mr. Anders. I can grab a cab."

"I'd rather you not."

"I don't care what you'd rather." She grabbed her shoes from the floor and her clutch before heading for the door. She didn't have to stand there and be humiliated by him. "I'm perfectly capable of seeing myself home."

"You drank too much. I'd feel better if you didn't leave here alone."

"Maybe you should have thought about what you wanted to do with me before you kept filling my glass." Take that, Mr. Insensitive!

"Kayla." He raised his voice. "Don't push me."

"Actually, your firm tone isn't going to work on me." She opened the door. "Considering I'm not that woman."

Review

Whenever I pick up an Ella Jade, I know I'm going to be transported into a world that will captivate me completely. So when I picked up Relentless Pursuit I knew it was going to be good, but what I didn't expect was to be so utterly blown away.

Julian Anders is a walking wet dream come true. He's tall, dark, handsome, and very demanding. He's a man that knows what he wants and how to get it. If you were to look up the definition of alpha dominate, you'd find two words.... Julian Anders. When he tells you to get down on your knees and he'll give you everything you never knew you needed, you happily comply. Just thinking about him will leave you breathless and yearning for his command.

Kayla Quinn is a woman that is searching for something more. When she sees a man that she's always had a crush on, she sets her mind to finally get her man. She wants to be the woman he's been looking for, but Julian's got certain needs that he doesn't think she can fulfill. However, she has tempted him like no other.

And once Julian finally stops fighting his desires, they combust into an inferno. They steam up the pages, causing the reader to overheat over and over again. A cold shower will be needed several times throughout this entire book. Julian makes being punished just as delicious as the most sensual play time. So be warned, your ereader will melt with all the sexiness in this one provocative book.

This book is by far the steamiest Ella Jade book. Once you pick it up, you won't be able to put it down. This couple really know how to heat things up and I can't wait to see what they get up to in Relentless Dominance.

The woman behind the counter stole Nick's breath. She was lovely. The apron around her waist accentuated her voluptuous figure. Her smile was beautiful, lighting her up from within.

"Good afternoon. How can I help you?" She was tall, topping him by a good five inches. She had a gorgeous, kissable mouth and glowing cheeks. Her wide-set, gray-green eyes sparkled like the sea.
Nick cleared his throat. "I need to order a cake."

"Sure. What would you like?" She reached across the counter, the action pulling her light-blue t-shirt tighter across her luscious curves and giving him a tantalizing glimpse of her cleavage.

"I'm sorry?" he asked, mortified heat searing his neck.

"What's the occasion?" Her lyrical voice slid down his spine like a caress.

He shifted his weight, his embarrassment intensifying. "Bachelor party," he stammered.

She guided him to the book on display. Nick flipped to the bachelor and bachelorette selection. They ranged from funny to outrageously raunchy to downright pornographic. He looked up, right into her glowing green eyes. "Don't you get turned on by these cakes?" he asked.

The woman across from him shrugged, and a corner of her mouth kicked up in a sexy little half-smile. "I've been creating them for so long that I don't think about it anymore."

The faint color settling high across her cheekbones was endearing. He'd been around brazen pageant queens and pit lizards so long that the blushing beauty before him was refreshing. She seemed to lack the artifice that was so prevalent among the women who hung around trying to attract the attention of professional athletes.

Suddenly, the urge to touch her overwhelmed him. He had a feeling that she wasn't aware of the green smudge of icing on her cheek and he took advantage of the opportunity. He leaned over the display case and cupped her cheek in his palm, bringing her closer to him. Her skin felt like satin beneath his touch as he wiped away the icing, his lips a hair's breadth from hers.

Review

Nick Barrister is on a mission he's not necessarily one that he wants to be on, but this bakery he's just walked in isn't just an ordinary bakery. And the moment he lays eyes on the owner, he's stunned by her beauty, witty, and charm. She's everything the girls he's used to are not; which is what makes her so special.

Jacqui Jacobson has turned her bakery into something quite special. She puts her heart and soul into each and every creation she makes. She's curvy girl with a big heart, but broken after a disastrous marriage. Her whole life is her job, her family, and her friends. She works hard each and every day, but doesn't know how to have a little fun.

So when Nick asks Jacqui out, she's taken aback but there is something about him that she can't stay away from. And the more time she spends with him, the more she falls for him and him for her.

But there's a secret that Jacqui hasn't revealed and when it comes to light, how will Nick react? Can they work through this or has the damage done unrecoverable from?

This is CJ's debut and it's an exhilarating ride. It's got fast cars, sizzling race car drivers, sumptuous confectionary treats, and a captivating storyline. Jacqui is someone you feel drawn to and can relate to her problems. She's the type of person you want as a friend not just for cooking, but also for loyalty and big heart. At first glance, you would expect Nick to be an arrogant due to his celebrity status, but there is more to him than that. He's the guy that can look past the superficial and see the person's true character. He's a walking wet dream and he isn't afraid to fight for what he wants. He's a man that will follow his heart at all costs. Nick and Jacqui are very special individuals and together they can conquer anything.

This book will have you laughing, crying, and fall in love. I would recommend this enchanting book form this debut author and look forward to what CJ will brings us in the future.

“Hey.” Sophia gently closed the door behind her and walked over to him. “Miss me?”

“Maybe.” He reached for her, tossing her into his lap. “The guys dropped me off after we went for some food. I couldn’t unwind so I came over here.”

“Why so restless?” She traced her fingers down his cheek before pressing her lips to him.

“I’m always restless without you.” He ran his hand through her hair. “What am I going to do when I’m in New York?”

“I’ll call you.” She hated to think about him having to leave again. They were just getting into a routine. They felt like a real couple.

“That’s not the same as touching you. I need you in my bed.” He kissed her jaw, working his way down her neck, lingering at her collarbone. “I want you with me.”

“I still have another month of school,” she reminded him. They’d discussed her traveling with him throughout the summer but they hadn’t made any solid plans.

“Have you thought about coming with me on the road?” He slipped the strap of her sundress over her shoulder and placed a soft kiss there. “Some of the guys’ girlfriends come with them.”

“Are you sure you want me around all the time?” She shifted to straddle him. “I might cramp your style.”

“Did you go out like this?” His gaze traveled down her body, totally abandoning their conversation.
“Like what?”

“In this skimpy little dress?” He focused on her breasts as he rested his hands on her thighs. “Don’t you know how tempting you are?”

“Show me.” She nipped at his earlobe. “Do I tempt you?”

“What do you think?” He moved her hand over his erection. “Let’s go back to my house.”

“I can’t wait that long.” She reached for his belt buckle. “I have an early morning meeting and my parents aren’t expecting me to sleep out. I don’t want them to worry.”

“Leave them a note.” He watched as she lowered the zipper on his jeans. “What are you doing?”

“Showing you how tempting you are.” She slide her hand inside his boxer as she slithered down, kneeling in front of him. “Maybe I can help you settle down. Help you get a good night’s sleep.”

“Here?” He looked around. “What about your parents?”

“You don’t strike me as a conservative guy.” She leaned forward and swirled her tongue around the head of his cock. “You seem like the adventurous type.”

“You keep that up and you’ll see how daring I can be.” He slunk back and closed his eyes as she took him into her mouth. “Hell...” he hissed when she grazed his shaft with her teeth.

The few times they’d been together, she learned what he liked. She may not have been experienced in the sex department but Pax proved to be a good teacher.

“Stop,” he moaned.

“Why?” She glanced at him. “My parents won’t come out here.”

“As much as I adore that hot, skilled mouth of yours, I want something else.” He gripped her hips and pulled her into a standing position.

“Anything.” She bit her lip as she waited for him to tell her.

“Let’s take these off.” He reached under her skirt and pulled her panties down her legs.
She stepped out of them and kicked them out of the way. “These cowboy boots are what did me in, sugar. We’re leaving them on when we fuck.”

“You’re so dirty.”

“I know my good girl likes a bad boy.” He lifted her skirt, glancing at her bare, exposed pussy. “I’m as bad as they come.”

A chill swept over her when she realized they were going to have sex outside, on her back porch. She’d never done anything like this before. With Pax she wanted to do everything. Pulling out his wallet, he retrieved the purple foil packet. He tossed the brown leather wallet on the ground by her feet before lifting his hips and pushing his jeans and boxers over them.

“Come here.”

A Love Stolen

As Trevor helped Lila up the porch steps, she wrapped her arms around his neck and brushed her lips against his jaw. She hadn't taken her hands off him since they'd left Tate's.
"I love to feel your stubble." She ran her fingers along his cheek. "It's sexy."
"Keys?" He held out his hand and waited as she dug through her bag. She had him rock hard and ready to go. The fact that she'd rested her hand on his thigh the whole ride home hadn't helped matters. It was the alcohol lowering her inhibitions, but that didn't make it any easier not to respond.
"Here they are." She dropped them into his hand. "Come inside with me."
He opened the door and led her into the foyer. As soon as he let her go, she stumbled forward. He caught her by the waist and pulled her against him. He couldn't take his eyes away from her lips.
"Do you want to kiss me?" Her warm breath caressed his mouth.
More than you know.
"Let me help you upstairs. I don't want you to fall down the steps." He scooped her up and carried her to the staircase. She was so light and dainty. She was still his perfect fit.
"You didn't answer my question." She placed soft, open-mouth kisses along his neck as he made his way to her old bedroom. He remembered sneaking up those steps many times, while her father slept down the hall. They still creaked, but this time he didn't have to worry about getting caught.
"Of course I want to kiss you." He pushed the door open with his shoulder and set her down by the bed.
She closed her eyes and leaned into him. He swiped the hair from her face, took her chin between his fingers, and placed a chaste kiss on her lips.
She opened one eye and peered at him, waiting for more. "That's it?" Disappointment flooded her beautiful features.
"For tonight." He tapped the tip of her nose with his finger. "I want you to remember when I kiss you."
"I'll remember." She wrapped her arms around his neck. "You're not easy to forget."
He pried her arms from his body. "Believe me, I want to, but not tonight."
"Why?"
"Because four hours ago you ran away from me," he said. "Something made you run. Tell me why." He may not have wanted to take advantage of her physically while she was intoxicated, but he didn't see why he couldn't let her drunken lips tell him what she was afraid of.
"I can't."
"You can't what?" He needed to know what she thought about the two of them.
"I'm tired now." She lifted her dress over her head and tossed it in the corner of the room. She stood before him in nothing but her white push-up bra and matching lace thong.
"Hell." He couldn't take his eyes off her toned, tanned body. He mindlessly licked his lips when he discovered her rose-colored nipples poking through the thin, silky material of her bra. Struggling with himself, he tried not to lower his gaze. He lost the battle as he greedily took in her scantily covered sex.
"Want to kiss me now?" She ran her fingers down her neck and over her breasts. "Want to touch me like this?" She moved her hand down her stomach and to the waistband of her panties.
He stepped closer to her and grabbed her wrist. He had to get her to stop or he'd lose all control.
"You want to do it?"
