Review Tour ~ Bro Code by Kendall Ryan

Bro Code
By Kendall Ryan
Release Date: May 1st
Standalone

From New York Times bestselling author Kendall Ryan comes a flirty new standalone about falling for your older brother's best friend.

There’s pretty much only one rule when you’re a guy.

Don’t be a douche.

Turns out, the fastest way to break that rule is to fall for your best friend’s sister.

Ava’s brilliant, sharp-tongued, gorgeous, and five years younger than me.

She’s the sexual equivalent of running with scissors. In a word, she’s dangerous. And completely off-limits.

Falling for her could ruin everything.

Yet I can’t seem to stop, even when her company is threatened by a lawsuit, and my promotion hinges on representing the opposing client—and winning.

I can’t see a way out of this mess that doesn’t end in a broken friendship, a broken heart, or a ruined career.

I may have broken the bro code when I fell for Ava. But do I have the balls to handle what comes next?

Review

Ava Saunders has moved back home to take over the family business. She has a plan for her life and despite her family's meddling, she's happy just the way things are. But an unexpected encounter turns her world upside.

Barrett Wilson has worked hard to get where he is in his career and the goal he's been working towards is almost within in grasp. But when he comes home for a weekend, events take place that could change every plan he's ever made.

Lines get crossed and long held feelings become harder to hide. When Ava and Barrett finally stop fighting their attraction, will this be just a weekend fling or could this be the start of something special?

Bro Code is a witty, fun, sexy read that will captive the reader from start to finish.

I loved how passionate Ava is about her new job and won't let anyone push her over. She's a very kind, honest, thoughtful person that you can't help but fall in love with.

Barrett may be a big city boy but deep down he's still a small town boy, he just may have forgotten it for a bit. I especially love that he still loves his family, even if he doesn't fit in with them. And he's not just a pretty face, he's got a good head on his shoulders as well.

The connection between Ava and Barrett has never been stronger even if they haven't been close the past few years. And once they cross from friends to loves, their connection only intensifies. I love how much they love and care for each other.

I always love picking up a Kendall Ryan book and she doesn't disappoint with this sensational read. The storyline is engaging, the hero outstanding, the heroine dazzling, and romance sparkling.

I would highly recommend Bro Code to anyone looking for a lighthearted, fun loving, highly entertaining read.
