Sweet Baby Jesus!! This second book in the Excess Series is killer! I couldn't put it down until I finished it and boy what a finish.
At the end of book one, I was already set to dislike Devin.... with a passion. Aiden was it for me; he had something I wanted... badly. And now that I've finished book two.... I don't know what to do or who to want more.
This time around we get to know Devin better. What he's thinking and how he really feels about Nina. We learn how they first came together, how he tried to push her away, and but one taste of her and he was hooked.
Nina is fighting a battle she can't seem to win. On one hand there is Devin. He's her drug habit that she can't seem to kick. On the other hand there is Aiden. He's new, thrilling, sexy as hell, and he wants her badly.
When the two guys meet... all hell breaks loose and Nina is left alone. As she lays in bed, she starts to feel the need for a release. She's get to the point of no return when she opens her eyes and he's there. The one her heart wants; and he gives her what she needs.
Seriously, this book is stunning. Nina has two incredibly sexy men that want her; one that will stop at nothing to have her and one that wants her but may not fight for her.
