| Oh my goodness, I really loved this book! Even after reading the blurb before starting this book, I didn't expect the story I got. Wow! Quinn is a tortured man that is unbelievably sexy. He got this tough exterior and doesn't let people in. He has to be in control of everything around, no questions asked. You might be intimidated if you see him in the street, but there is something buried inside you can't help but be drawn to. Lucky is running from her past, off the grid. When she see an advertising for a job with a great payday, it's exactly what she's looking for. The job describing is something that she doesn't have a problem with due to her history. The connection that Quinn and Elyse have is electric both in and out of the bedroom, although their secrets have a way of coming out that could destroy everything. So what happens when everything is out in the open? You'll have to read it to find out! I seriously love this book. It is first Zara Cox book but it won't be my last. I love Zara's writing style and they way she is able to draw the reader into this complicated story. The up and down rollercoaster ride that this couple is intense and off the charts provacative. I will be waiting on bated breath for more from this series. So if you're looking for a dark, angsty, and seductive love story, then look no further. |
